Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2026. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
Lynqoria is committed to protecting your privacy and handling personal information openly and transparently.
This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use and disclose it, how we keep it secure, and how you can access it or make a complaint. “Personal information” has the meaning given in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
We collect personal information directly from you when you contact us, register, use the services or communicate with our team. We may also collect it automatically through your use of our website and platform, and from third parties such as suppliers, carriers, resellers or publicly available sources where lawful and practicable.
We may disclose personal information to suppliers, carriers and service providers who help us deliver the services (such as connectivity, cloud hosting, payment and support providers), to professional advisers, and to regulators or law-enforcement bodies where required or authorised by law. We require our service providers to protect personal information consistent with this policy and applicable law.
Some of our suppliers and cloud providers may be located, or store data, outside Australia. Where we disclose personal information overseas, we take reasonable steps to ensure it is handled in a manner consistent with the Australian Privacy Principles. By using the services, you acknowledge that your information may be processed in other countries in the course of delivering communications and platform services.
We will only send you marketing communications where permitted by law. Every commercial electronic message we send will identify us and include a functional unsubscribe facility, consistent with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth). You can opt out at any time by using the unsubscribe option or contacting us. Note that customers are separately responsible for the marketing they send using the platform to their own recipients.
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. No system is completely secure, but we work to reduce risk and to respond promptly to any incident.
Where an eligible data breach occurs, we will comply with the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), including notifying affected individuals and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) where required.
We keep personal information only for as long as needed to provide the services, meet legal, tax and regulatory obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer required, we take reasonable steps to destroy or de-identify it.
You may request access to the personal information we hold about you and ask us to correct it if it is inaccurate, out of date or incomplete. We will respond within a reasonable time and in accordance with the Privacy Act. Some requests may be subject to exceptions permitted by law, which we will explain if they apply.
