Last updated: 2026. This Refund Policy should be read together with our Terms of Service and Billing Policy.
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy limits those rights. Where a service fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a remedy. For a major failure you may be entitled to a refund or to cancel; for a minor failure we may choose to remedy the problem within a reasonable time.
Because communications are delivered in real time through carriers and suppliers, usage charges (such as messages sent or calls connected) are generally non-refundable once the service has been used, except where required by law or where a failure is attributable to us. Unused prepaid credits may be subject to the conditions of your plan.
Setup fees, subscription fees and number-rental fees may be non-refundable once the relevant service or period has commenced, except where required by law. We will make this clear at the point of purchase where possible.
If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, contact us within a reasonable time and we will investigate.
Where we confirm an error on our side, we will correct it, typically by refund or account credit.
