Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: 2026. This Acceptable Use Policy forms part of your agreement with Lynqoria.

1. Purpose

This policy sets out how Lynqoria services may and may not be used. It protects our customers, recipients, networks, suppliers and the integrity of the platform. It applies to everyone who uses the services under your account.

You must use the services only for lawful, authorised and responsible business communications, and you must comply with all applicable laws, carrier rules, destination-country requirements and platform policies. You are responsible for obtaining any consents required and for honouring opt-out and do-not-contact requests.

Where consent is required to send a message or make a call, you must obtain and be able to evidence it. Marketing messages must identify the sender and include a functional unsubscribe or opt-out method. You must action opt-out requests promptly and maintain suppression lists as required by law.

You must use approved sender IDs and numbers, follow content and template rules for each channel (including WhatsApp Business policies), and not disguise or misrepresent the origin of your messages. Certain content categories may require pre-registration or may be restricted by carriers.

You must not attempt to disrupt, overload, probe or gain unauthorised access to the platform, and you must respect published rate limits and fair-use requirements. You must keep your credentials and API keys secure and report suspected compromise promptly.

We may investigate suspected breaches and may restrict, suspend or terminate access, remove content, or report unlawful activity to authorities. Where practicable we will give notice, but we may act immediately where urgent action is required to protect recipients, networks, suppliers or the platform.
