AI Services Terms

Last updated: 2026. These AI Services Terms apply in addition to our Terms of Service where you use AI-enabled features.

1. Scope

These terms apply to Lynqoria AI features, including AI voice agents and AI-assisted communication workflows. Where these terms conflict with the general Terms of Service for AI features, these terms prevail.

2. Transparency and disclosure

You must use AI voice and automation responsibly and transparently. Where you deploy an AI voice agent, you are responsible for disclosing to recipients, where appropriate, that they are interacting with an automated system, and for complying with any legal requirements about automated communications in the relevant jurisdiction.

3. Appropriate use

AI features are intended to assist with routine enquiries, bookings, reminders, qualification and first-line support. They are not a substitute for professional, legal, medical, financial or emergency advice, and must not be relied upon for emergency, safety-critical or life-critical purposes.

4. Accuracy and human oversight

AI-generated responses may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for configuring appropriate guardrails, escalation to human agents, and review where outcomes matter. We do not warrant that AI outputs will be error-free.

5. Data and consent

You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights and consents needed to process the data used in AI interactions, including any recording, transcription or personal information. Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, and you must meet your own privacy obligations for the data you supply and collect.
